Jim was headhunted to provide leadership and direction across hospitality and ticketing at LCFC and oversee a multimillion budget. He restructured both departments in the first six months in post and achieved best ever ticketing and hospitality sales for the 2018-2019 season, just one year into the role.

Key achievements & activities included:

- Responsibility for all ticketing and hospitality operations - 32,000 supporters per match and over 1,350 hospitality covers , including 41 executive boxes, five lounges and premium tickets.

- Line management of 18 full time staff and a matchday team of 100+ staff.

- Introducing regular team and cross-team briefings, along with strong and measurable performance metrics/KPIs reviewed on a monthly and annual basis.

- Devising new team behaviours and competencies.

- Launching The 1884 Club to engage with Leicester City’s top end hospitality clients, and add value, exclusivity, and money-can’t-buy experiences to their packages.

- Providing expertise for the stadium expansion plan - a £90 million development.
